We had an incredible time at our signature Fueling Futures event in collaboration with the Detroit Pistons at Little Caesars Arena! 🏀✨ Over 50 high school juniors and seniors from Pershing High School joined us to explore all the cool career opportunities in professional sports beyond being an athlete. They got to dive into interactive sessions, chat with industry pros, and hear inspiring stories from guest speakers like former Detroit Pistons forward Grant Long. Students also participated in a Money Skills workshop to help them get smart about their finances! Check out some awesome highlights from this unforgettable day! 📸

This year's Al-themed Hackathon was a huge success! With 436 participants across 76 teams and the support of 63 dedicated volunteers, the event showcased remarkable creativity and innovation. Teams used various tools from the Ally Al platform to develop solutions judged on completeness, business impact, and innovation. The winning team, Array of Sunshine, developed an idea and potential solution that uses Al to identify and spotlight high-priority dealer messages, that would enable Ally Auto underwriters to quickly act on them, improving the rate of deal capture. Congratulations to our top winners and a huge thank you to everyone who participated, judged, and volunteered!

To celebrate Giving Back Month, we teamed up with Share Charlotte and Share Detroit to bring together 20 local nonprofits to our headquarters so Ally teammates could connect with and support various local nonprofit partners. In Charlotte, teammates were able to volunteer onsite by making holiday cards for patients at Levine Children's Hospital. Great events like these not only foster community engagement but also highlight the impact that each one of us can make by giving our time, talents and resources. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this event a success!
