𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢? As SMBs it is common for business owners to own 100% of the goals and strategy, and as a sole operator that's OK but as soon as you hire employees you need to involve them or risk a culture rift. At minimum I would hold two team meetings, one to reflect on the past year and another to set goals for the next year. A simple agenda for each meeting might look like the following... 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭: 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 Review Achievements: Discuss key successes and milestones reached. Identify Challenges: Analyze obstacles faced and lessons learned. Team Feedback: Encourage open discussion on team experiences. Acknowledge Contributions: Recognize individual and team efforts. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮: 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 Define Objectives: Establish clear goals for the upcoming year. Strategic Planning: Outline strategies to achieve set objectives. Assign Responsibilities: Delegate tasks and roles to team members. Set Milestones: Create a timeline for tracking progress. Open Floor for Ideas: Invite suggestions for improvement and innovation.
