About us
DAC is an organization in downtown Fort Wayne. We serve the community through our commitment to bringing various sectors together to assess, deliberate, research, plan, implement, and evaluate community services related to substance use prevention, intervention, treatment, and restorative justice. We focus efforts on connecting and resourcing those organizations serving health disparate and high risk populations, including immigrants and refugees, young adults, older adults, mothers with addiction or mental health needs, individuals and families experiencing homelessness, individuals who identify as LGBTQA+, youth in foster care or the the juvenile justice system, adults experiencing legal issues, and any individual in need of or seeking recovery services.
