Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from the SMU Lyle School of Engineering to Aligned Data Centers' DFW-02 facility in Dallas. The group was made up of students from SMU's Network Engineering, Computer Science, and Data Center Systems Engineering programs. The latter is the first program of its kind, which I'm honored to sit on the advisory board for. During the session, our team discussed Aligned’s footprint across North America and LATAM, as well as the innovative elements that make us leaders in the data center industry including our cutting-edge Delta³ and DeltaFlow~ technology. Andrew Bautista also led a fantastic tour of our facilities including the equipment yard, electrical rooms, and mechanical galleries. Since most of these students were in their final two years of school, it was the perfect time to highlight our internships and the exciting career opportunities within the data center industry. #FlashbackFriday Aligned joined forces with the Fruit Tree Planting Foundation, GROW North Texas, Dallas ISD STEM Environment Education Center and divcon to plant an orchard for the Dallas community! 🌳🍎 It was an incredible day filled with teamwork, fresh air, and the pride of knowing we're making a difference for local community and the environment. The team planted 50 trees which will provide fresh produce for local schools and offer amazing outdoor learning experiences for nearly 20,000 Dallas ISD students annually.
