Since 2008, Alamo System Industries, LLC (ASI) has served Texas markets for design build, hospitality, healthcare, light industrial and retail projects. ASI is a specialized General Contractor who works collaboratively with Developers, Owners, Architects, and Construction Managers. Our team’s diverse backgrounds and depth of construction industry experience enables ASI to have a direct understanding of the needs of each of these project stakeholders. ASI has a proven process that has led to over 50% of our projects returning money to our clients. Our objective is to provide value-added assistance by offering support that is beyond the capabilities of traditional GCs. Whenever possible, we like to engage early in the project’s life cycle to provide conceptual design support and comprehensive budget planning. What is unique about ASI is their specialized knowledge in the application of Hebel Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC). This knowledge helps the company quickly identify a project where Hebel AAC can save you time and money, and increase quality over similar construction materials. ASI is also the leading Hebel installer in Texas creating innovative solutions for Hebel products.

Excited to showcase the recently completed Aloft McAllen, a fantastic collaboration between ASI and Ruby Red Hospitality, delivered in January of this year! This modern 5-story hotel features 142 stylish guest rooms and spans 76,000 square feet, offering a vibrant and welcoming space for guests. Huge thanks to our dedicated project team for making this another incredible success!

It’s incredible to think this project broke ground a decade ago, back in the fall of 2014, and the building still stands as a testament to its enduring quality. This impressive property features 150 guest rooms, 165,000 square feet across six stories, over 15,000 square feet of meeting, pre-function, ballroom, and breakout space, as well as a full On the Border Restaurant and a dedicated hotel bar. A true landmark in the heart of McAllen’s Convention Center District.
