We help small Trucking Owner/Operators and Service Businesses by providing: Accurate and organized financial records. This includes tracking income, expenses, and other financial transactions. Accurate records are crucial for financial reporting and decision-making. Focus on Core Activities: Outsourcing bookkeeping tasks allows business owners and managers to concentrate on core business activities. This can enhance productivity and overall efficiency by saving them time. With valuable insights by interpreting financial data. This includes generating financial reports, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement or cost-cutting. Creating and managing budgets. This helps the business set realistic financial goals and monitor its financial performance against those goals. We have been Trucking since 1998. My husband has been an Owner/Operator since January 2015. It has been good to us. By properly managing our business we are debt free. No House, Truck, Cars or Big Boy Toys have payments. We are now working on getting out of the Trucking business to spend more time at home. John My Husband has been doing his own bookkeeping for businesses he has owned since he was 21 years old. We both recently did a Bookkeeping Course to become Certified and learned the benefits of bookkeeping and would like to pass on this service to other Owner/Operators and small service businesses. I have a mentor so I have someone to lean on if I get stuck. John teached me how to take care of his books when he is on the road, it is a family thing.
