𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 ✨ Did you know that transformational coaching can actually reshape your brain? This isn't just a metaphor—it's neuroplasticity in action. When you’re stuck in fear or self-doubt, your brain is essentially wired to protect you, but it can also hold you back. One key to overcoming this is to reframe fear as a catalyst for growth. Here’s a coaching exercise you can try today: 1️⃣ Ask yourself this question: "𝐈𝐟 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞?" 2️⃣ Follow up with these: What can this fear teach me about what I value most? How would my future self look back on this moment if I took the leap? Why does this work? Neuroscience shows that reframing a fear-based thought can activate your brain’s prefrontal cortex, where problem-solving and creativity reside. By doing so, you shift away from survival mode (fight, flight, or freeze) and open yourself up to solutions and possibilities. 🌟 This simple exercise not only reduces fear but also strengthens neural pathways associated with emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience. So, the next time fear shows up, don’t avoid it. Transform it. 💡 If you like this, you may be interested in joining our 𝑵𝒐𝒗. 𝟐𝟔 FREE Webinar: 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 ✨ 📅 𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏: 𝑵𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 𝟐𝟔 @ 𝟏 𝑷𝑴 𝑬𝑺𝑻 🔗 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞: https://lnkd.in/gkdqHXG3 DON'T MISS OUT, SPOTS ARE LIMITED

Congratulations Julian on adding to your already long list of skills. Goal Imagery Coaching Academy is a great school.
🎉 I'm excited to share that I've completed an immersive training program in the International Coaching Federation team coaching framework, further honing my skills to help teams excel! 🏆 Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading and coaching numerous corporate teams through complex challenges such as large-scale business systems implementations, regulatory compliance initiatives, and M&A integrations & transformations. 💼 These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the power of effective team coaching in driving sustainable change and achieving greater impact. The ICF team coaching training has equipped me with additional tools and techniques to enhance my approach. 🛠️ I'm excited to integrate these new skills with my extensive practical experience to provide even more value to the teams I work with. A heartfelt thank you to the exceptional trainers, Marianna Lead, MCC, aka Marianna Reis and Allexis Tuccio, MCC, EMCC, ICF Credentialing Assessor and Mentor at Goal Imagery Coaching Academy for their dedication to sharing their expertise 🙏 and to my fellow participants for the enriching learning journey together. 👥 If your team is facing a challenging transformation or looking to boost collaboration and performance, let's connect! I'd love to explore how I can help your team navigate change successfully and achieve your goals. 🎯 Celebrate with me in the comments and feel free to reach out to discuss how I can support your team's success! 🚀 #TeamCoaching #ICFTraining #LeadershipDevelopment #ChangeManagement #HighPerformingTeams

Today, instead of highlighting achievements or adding to the usual “success stories,” I want to focus on something more #meaningful: my goals and plans. This often raises the question: "Why did you pass these certifications? For what is this?" I've always found individual #coaching incredibly rewarding, both for employees and businesses. At the same time, to use a mathematical analogy, team coaching is like a geometric progression of individual coaching - amplifying results across the board. Sounds exciting, right?! 😍 However, it's not as straightforward to work with a unified team. Each team member comes with their own emotions, hopes, and expectations. So, how do we navigate this deeper, complex layer? How do we uncover what's below the surface? This is exactly why I’ve committed to expanding my expertise in team coaching, honing my skills under the guidance of Marianna Lead, MCC, aka Marianna Reis and Allexis Tuccio, MCC, EMCC, ICF Credentialing Assessor and Mentor at the Goal Imagery Coaching Academy, and pursuing certification through the International Coaching Federation. In addition, I'm diving deeper into neuroplasticity, emotional regulation, and decision-making using the AgileBrain tool that Oleg Lavrynovych introduced me to. ✨ I believe this fusion of knowledge and skills will not only empower me but also drive growth and results for the teams I work with. This is my goal 🚀 #icf #coaching #teamcoaching #agilebrain #teamdevelopment

Please share any similar plaques that express a fundamental emotional need that you come across in your wanderings. It would be great to fill in all 12 cells in the AgileBrain emotional needs framework!
On a recent walk along the Boston waterfront, I came across this plaque. Carved in stone (appropriately), it reminds us that Justice is at the foundation of our emotional needs... as people and as a people. Wisdom for the ages and one of the 12 emotional needs captured in AgileBrain.

Thank you Jeannie Hebert and the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce for hosting Lynn Whitney Turner, an AgileBrain Master Practitioner, me and leaders from Central Massachusetts companies to discuss a new paradigm in leadership. Motivational Leadership taps into emotional needs to motivate great outcomes for employees and organizations alike. Motivation is more than inspiring employees. Inspiration asks a lot of leaders (not all of us have that gift) and it can be fleeting ("what have you done for me lately"). Motivational Leadership is based on the simple (and scientifically validated) proposition that addressing employees' emotional needs will motivate their engagement and performance. And the great news is with AgileBrain we can measure and act on those needs. Join us in pioneering this new paradigm in leadership, Motivational Leadership.
