What A Night! Not only a night of celebrating an amazing 2024 but a monumental board transition for AAREP LA. Last week, we held our 3rd Annual Sneaker Ball @COSM in Inglewood and the night was one for the books. I joined @AAREP LA in 2018 and took on the role of President, assisting in building a great foundation of Board of Directors, while implementing policies and procedures and building relationships for the organization. I couldn't have asked for a better group of professionals to network with and grow with, professionally and personally. 2025/2026 fosters a new Executive Board and Board of Directors and I am so proud and excited for the new talent coming along. *How it started (2013) 🤝🏿 How it's going (2025)* Dear AAREP LA Community, As my term as President comes to a close, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your trust and support. It has truly been an honor to lead such an exceptional #community. Together, we have reached remarkable milestones, including explosive growth to over 300 registered members, support from more than 20 corporate sponsors, and hosting an impressive 17 activations this year alone (14 of which were led by our members!). These achievements, along with countless sponsor hires, joint transactions and collaborative engagements among our members, as well as ample opportunities to network and socialize, emphasize the significant impact of our #network - AAREP LA 4️⃣ AAREP LA🙌🏾 I would like to extend my thanks to our outgoing Officers, Board of Directors, Advisory Board, committee chairs, and volunteers for your invaluable contributions. I am excited to pass the torch to Lynn King-Tolliver, a fellow founding board member, whose proven leadership will guide AAREP LA to new heights.
