📢 #AFPCanada is urging the federal government to make a one-time exception in response to the recent postal disruption that has significantly impacted charities across Canada. We’re asking the government to allow donations made in January and February 2025 to be applied to the 2024 tax year, similar to RRSP contributions during the same period. This change would provide flexibility for donors, encourage more giving, and reduce administrative burdens on charities during this challenging time. Let’s support the organizations that strengthen our communities! #cdnpoli #Fundraising #SupportCharities https://lnkd.in/gXJKNyZ7
