Earning a CSP certification is no easy task. It requires previous education and years of experience in the safety field to even be eligible, and then hours of study to pass the examination. Shane studied and put in all the hard work that comes with this achievement, and we applaud him for demonstrating the top Ace Electric initiative, putting Safety first. Studies have shown that hands-on learning is the most successful way of engaging students. It allows them to learn through experience, increasing their attention span. That’s why we’re proud to partner with local high schools in the South Georgia area for field trips to the Ace Engineering & Fabrication facility. After a comprehensive tour of the shop, students break into groups and receive hands-on instruction for basic electrical tasks like stripping wire and installing switches and lights.
