2-PHASE COOLING. PERFORMANCE ACCELERATED.

About us

Accelsius is working to remove the thermal constraints in computing. The biggest limiting factor for more computational density is heat. This is true in the data center, in telecom applications, in cars, and in embedded semiconductor applications. Accelsius solutions, based on 2-phase direct-to-chip technology, break through the thermal wall and enable net zero computing.

  • This December, Accelsius participated in a food drive to benefit the Central Texas Food Bank and its efforts to combat hunger across Texas over the holiday season. Led by Facility Manager Frederick Schmitz, our fantastic team collected and donated a wide array of food for Central Texas communities. "It is important for us to be able to give back to the local community during the holiday season," said Schmitz. We couldn't agree more! Thanks so much to everyone who donated.

  • Last week, Accelsius published an article on the reasons why retrofitting shouldn't be readily dismissed as an option for operators seeking to accommodate high-demand AI workloads. READ HERE: https://lnkd.in/gsuVC-A7 While retrofits might be commonly perceived as prohibitively expensive, there are other, hidden costs associated with a greenfield-centric approach. The amount of time it takes to build a new data center from scratch, for example, is almost always outstripped by the breakneck pace of chip development, whereas retrofits often take less than a year. The strain on our industry's available power supplies is also critical to consider. At a time when data centers are poised to consume 9% of America’s energy by 2030, it's important to recognize the ways we can upgrade existing infrastructure to optimize efficiency, such as implementing the latest advancements in cooling technology. Be sure to read the full article to learn more about why retrofitting might be the best approach for many data centers in our booming industry.

  • IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: "Power is becoming increasingly constrained," writes technology journalist Danny Bradbury in our latest white paper. "For data center operators, coping with this power problem is like hitting a moving bullet." READ HERE: https://lnkd.in/eEfhHDkc Bradbury outlines one of the core issues facing our industry: simply put, data centers aren't keeping pace with chip development. While "GPU-processing capabilities and power consumption are developing at breakneck speed," it can take data center operators 3-5 years on average to build a new facility. The solution? Liquid cooling. Or, more specifically: two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, which can offer critical benefits such as increased efficiency, cost effectiveness, and future-proofing. Read the full white paper to learn more about why liquid cooling has rapidly changed from a "nice-to-have" to "must-have," and why two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling has emerged as the most promising way to keep up with increased energy pressures.
