About us

The Global Private Litigation Committee focuses on private antitrust enforcement and consumer protection, primarily litigation, around the world. The Committee’s members and leaders represent a diverse range of viewpoints, practice types and geographical locations, and the Committee is committed to providing a perspective that includes practitioners who represent all types of parties. The Committee offers programming and publications throughout the year. As one example, the GPL Committee publishes newsletters during the year addressing private litigation antitrust issues around the globe. In addition to Committee leadership from diverse backgrounds, the committee also has an advisory board comprised of lawyers from the US, UK, and China that assist the Committee in its programming.
