Today AAR and Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance announced an agreement to form a joint venture in the Asia-Pacific region. Located in AAR’s Chonburi, Thailand, facility, the new joint venture will perform next generation nacelle maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. “Our joint venture will be positioned to meet the growing needs of the rapidly expanding fleet in the APAC region while laying the groundwork to support a broader range of nacelle capabilities in the future,” said Jim Berberet, AAR’s Senior Vice President of Component Services.
