With its use of banding and mixed materials veneer, The Revington achieves a striking look that enhances Worcester’s evolving cityscape. Our Ground Face CMU in 520G-2 and Split Face in DK-29 were chosen for their ability to provide both style and function, showcasing the building’s distinct architectural design while offering the strength needed to stand the test of time. The 1980s were a decade of growth and innovation for Jandris, setting the stage for future success. The real game-changer came during a family trip to Austria where Albert Jandris, inspired by European producers, saw an opportunity to innovate. Unable to find the right machinery to grind concrete blocks to his standards, Albert designed and built his own. This led to the construction of a 17,000 square foot grinding plant, where Jandris could now produce ground face blocks on site.
