A-G was founded in 2008, by Chris Gonzalez, a Marine Corps Veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, and Dr. Peg Anthony, a recognized expert in the field of organizational/management consulting with over 40 years of experience. Since 2008, the A-G Team has grown significantly to include subject matter experts that provide high-quality consulting services to our clients. A-G has been recognized for its outstanding service by earning awards such as the Bridging the Gap Award by Greater Baltimore Committee and the Future 50 Award by Smart CEO magazine for 50 fastest growing companies in Baltimore area. #FunFriday! 🎉 To enjoy some holiday festivity as a team, A-G Associates employees local to the Columbia, MD area gathered last week at the Maryland Innovation Center to embrace the spirit of the season with delicious food, fun and games (including a lively game of A-G Bingo!), and lots of laughs together. The festivities also included wrapping gifts for Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas’s Adopt-A-Family program in the hopes of brightening the holiday season for a local family in need. 🎁 At the same time, remote employees enjoyed a virtual gathering, sharing stories and playing A-G Jeopardy with fun prizes for the big winners. The celebrations concluded with a “hybrid” of in-person and virtual gatherings joining together and a toast to reflect on an incredible year of accomplishments. With the holidays fast approaching and year-end activities keeping delivery teams busy, this time as a team was a special way to close out this year – with connection, gratitude, and joy together! This December, A-G Associates President and Co-Founder Chris Gonzalez, PMP joined Mental Health America’s Regional Policy Council to present “Veterans Living with PTSD: Post-Traumatic Stress Without the Disorder”. Having served as a Marine for 17 years with two combat deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, Chris shared his experience in Mental Health and the harmful effects of labeling Veterans with a “disorder”.
