Mission: The 75th Innovation Command rapidly enhances the strategic readiness of the Army by providing direct support to Army Futures Command's priorities: People, Design Army 2040, and Deliver Army 2030. Vision: Combine the unique blend of civilian skills and military expertise to accelerate and expand the adoption of new capabilities, innovation and technology to solve the Army’s toughest problems in order to develop teams of trusted professionals who can challenge the status quo and serve as a catalyst of change for improving readiness and lethality across the Army and the Army Reserve.

The Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the Support Group, 75th U.S. Army Reserve Innovation Command (SG 75 USARIC), recently gathered at Camp Dawson for an intensive annual training. The unit focused on mission alignment, physical fitness, and weapons qualification with the M17 pistol. It also engaged in strategic planning to support the Command's ambitious goals for fiscal years 2025 and 2026. Soldiers took part in daily physical training, land navigation, weapons qualification and the Leadership Reaction Course to enhance their readiness and skills." On the future battlefield the U.S. Army will never fight alone, and the integration of forces is a key component of dominating the future fight. Project Convergence Capstone 5 (PC-C5), an Army hosted joint and multination, two-phase, “in-the-dirt” experiment, will integrate with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, Space Force, and military partners from the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, France and Japan in early 2025. Vonda Bateman as the new first sergeant and honoring Army Reserve 1st Sgt. Erika Sulin for her exceptional leadership as the outgoing first sergeant. The ceremony took place, Dec. 14, 2024, at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base - Houston, Texas.
