Enjoyed my morning coffee as we move into the Christmas and New Years holiday weekends. We did an amazing exercise in our Phoenix Vistage Worldwide, Inc. CEO group last week where everyone reflected back on 2024 and looked forward to 2025. We each set and stated goals for the new year and had meaningful discussions about “who” can help us achieve them, not “how” to achieve them. This conversation opened up a world of endless possibilities with everyone sharing and giving feedback! Commitments were made and actions will be taken.
