Yesterday, we gathered a remarkable group of thought leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs to dive into one of the most pressing topics of our time: the future of food. Some of the key areas of debate: “Positive” approaches to food, “Trust”, Technology and “Responsibility” seem to be shaping the future of food from an entrepreneurial and innovation standpoint: -Promoting healthy diet and healthy food: debates ranging from the challenges of availability and affordability to the opportunity of personalization. -The digitization of the food chain: different challenges were mentioned from cracking low adoption rates of specific technologies for some players to the integration of cutting-edge technologies at the core of their business model for others. -The challenges experienced by manufacturers and start-ups in providing added value for consumers in terms of sustainability, trust and responsibility.
