An example i have seen that to manage a stree at workplace,leader plays an important roles to ensure evening in planned ways .If every things in planned way and planning is strong then every work will be on time and people will be out of negative stress .

Assess what your personal rest needs are and follow those- not what you “should” do but what you “want” to do. Practice embodied living- acknowledge the rest your mind and body need. Focus on sleep, hydration, nutrition, exercise and nourish yourself with human connection that repletes you.

Recharging after a high stress project is super essential - how as under 1. Take a break of one to two days and rejuvenate by doing the activities that you like. 2. Feel special and reward yourself with either retail therapy or watching a movie or spending time with loved ones. 3. Ponder on what can be improved and do journaling on how you can handle things better in future (in case anything needed improvement) 4. Pat your team for putting up the show or helping you up with the project to show and make them feel that you care genuinely. 5. Allow others too to rejuvenate and have free time. 6. Find the best way to de-stress and set date/time for downtime, you can join the wellness class, regular exercise with your trustable friends or partner. Most importantly have sometimes for self reflection of how much your have achieved/accomplished. Reflection of mindfulness and take a deep breath and relaxation. Remember when we are not having Phone beside us or anything that is distracting can achieve better outcome

One needs to unwind and connect to the source, the inner core, and rejuvenate before next challenge. Repairing wear & tear is very essential for optimum health and happiness.
