Some things I would do to get started, is to get each other on profess level. Evaluate the skills of my team members. After that I like to get to know my team on a personal level. Take them out to eat somewhere, have an office drink for example. Finally assure them that there is no hierarchy or pulling ranks, I want my team to be comfortable. Assure them that whatever skills they lack in they will get the chance to improve those skills for themselves. In the end it’s all about making your team feel like their opinion is valued.
