Self-awareness is key—help the team notice when they’re frustrated and learn to cool off before responding. And remind them that words and tone matter; one wrong vibe can spark a mess. The goal? Stay empathetic, keep it real, and work together like grown-ups.

Meiner Erfahrung nach lohnt es sich, beim Team-Building auch Zeit für die Themen Kommunikation, Feedback und Problemlösung einzuplanen, um eine gute Basis für den Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Sichtweisen und möglichen Konflikten zu schaffen.

Uma maneira que achei útil para evitar problemas de confiança e eventuais conflitos e que adotei numa empresa em que eu trabalhei foi estabelecer o diálogo franco e aberto para a apresentação de alternativas para os problemas identificados, a solução deveria vir do grupo e quem estivesse com uma solução mais elaborada, saberia que esta solução poderia ser complementada com o time, para juntos validarem a melhor alternativa para a empresa. Quando o trabalho é realizado em equipe e quando o time participa, o conhecimento individual utilizado de forma coletiva e com consenso e responsabilidade, tende a aumentar a confiança do time, tornando-o mais forte e promissor.
