Commonly there may be * Task based conflicts : When employees disagree over how to approach a project or task or how to solve a problem. * Status based conflicts : When one employee is considered higher on the hierarchy than another, conflicts can arise on both sides. * Relationship conflicts : This type of conflict arises over differences in values, personalities, and opinions. Inorder to make sure these conflicts does not affect the work, 1) Have one to one or one to two meetings with the conflicting parties and try to sort their issues. One thing that I've found helpful about resolving conflicts in team is open communication. Don't hesitate to ask for more details on task or project. Ask if you need to but don't assume, as sometimes our bad feelings are only assumptions and speculations are doing dark dances in our heads. I always request my teammates to clarify and understand things from both sides so you won't have any concerns regarding work given, And still have slight doubt : JUST ASK, DON'T ASSUME ~ That's the Manrta to team work!!!
