In my 27 years of experience, setbacks have been part of the journey, and I see them as stepping stones rather than roadblocks. Here’s how I’ve managed setbacks: -I take a step back to analyze the root cause of the setback. -I focus my energy on what I can control, instead of dwelling on what I can’t. -I reflect on the lessons learned and use them to move forward smarter and stronger. -I reassess and revise action plans when needed to stay aligned with my goals. -I lean into my strengths to take purposeful and impactful action.

Be flexible - always react to what is, not what you expected to be. Also - you don't drown by falling into the water; you drown by staying there.

What I learnt from my 15years It exp, leading around 100 member team, below are few tips I would share: 1. setbacks, are part of journey. 2. take pause, look back, what happened, and what corrective actions should be there. 3. Start workign towards it again. As long are you are incrementally working towards your career goals, in long run, you'll always win. Do apply. It would help.

Focus on things that you can control and never compromise on your growth. second seek feedback from your mentors for advice on improving your strategy then focus on your strengths. O que aconteceu comigo foi que um ano depois de assumir uma posição de liderança a empresa foi reestruturada e perdi o cargo. Na época fiquei muito frustrada, porém eu tinha dois caminhos: reclamar ou recomeçar. Escolhi refazer meus objetivos e construir como eu, novamente, iria realizar ações para voltar a ser líder. Com mais um ano de trabalho consegui assumir uma gerencia. Não desista, planeje e realize. Este é o caminho.
