According to me critisism is not bad. Yes, it would certainly disturb or bother us but it's also needed for our next level growth. Only when we receive harsh opinions, we tend to think differently, upskill ourselves & bring in a new brand about ourselves. By taking it in a healthy way, we would move towards progressive direction. Slowly through our actions we can prove our team members wrong during the meetings itself

Acredito que toda forma de crítica é bem vinda. Algumas delas vão provocar uma mudança e crescimento profissional. Outras vão te mostrar que as pessoas com quem você está trabalhando não estão alinhadas com os seus valores e cultura. Os dois provocam crescimento na empresa. Cabe ao gestor entender o que são coidas que ele tem que trabalhar e melhorar e o que são coisas que não estão alinhadas culturalmente e prejudicam o andamento da empresa. Embora todo feedback seja bem vindo nem todo ele vai fazer sentido implementar.
