As a safety concern we need to do the first thing to inform the SCAD team and superior. Exact location, which type of Hazzard is there. Second thing evacuate the team members or any other team work nearly. Third one is high light the hazard place for example hazard sign or barricading the area. Then isolate the equipment done the root cause analysis, make the report about the problem. Next prepare site, solve the issue and normalize the equipment.
