Once you realized the mistakes you did in the negotiation process, evaluate the important clauses that will have impact on your project/ organization due to bad negotiation and plan a remedial action. Call out to the other party and explain / acknowledge your errors due to lineancy in negotiation. Renegotiate the price and terms with the win-win approach to revise the agreement. In case of the other party wants to take advantage of the situation, look out for an equivalent alternative so that you can cancel the contract (without any leagal consequences ofcourse).
