They need clarity about what needs to happen and freedom to make it happen their way.

Pessoalmente, prefiro evitar conflitos sempre que possível, optando por ouvir, compreender e, muitas vezes, ceder espaço para preservar a harmonia. In this situation, I would facilitate open dialogue to understand each person’s approach. By acknowledging and respecting our differences, we can develop mutual understanding. Establishing clear communication, setting shared goals, and promoting collaborative projects will help us harness our diverse strengths, ultimately enhancing team cohesion and productivity.

I don't think working with colleagues from different cultures is a challenge rather it's a learning opportunity and leveraging each other's strength to accomplish the task more efficiently. Further, in case of differences it is important to understand the issues in detail and find out a common ground to sort it out with proper explanations.

One thing I found helpful, is to give to all the colleagues the opportunity to explore and make mistakes, for example, there is a conflict between two people with different opinions, I would opt for both of them to resolve their situation in a personalized manner, and then get a feedback at the end, which solution was the most effective and discuss in a group chat afterwards on how can we improve our relationship, by making the right decisions and sometimes even stepping back, for a better outcome. Learning from mistakes is the best part of growth.
