In a commercial setting, showing that you can address a key challenge in their process is what truly establishes credibility. Ensure your sales team fully understands the value of your products and how they solve your customer’s issues. By doing so, they’ll become trusted advisors, focused on helping customers achieve profitability, not just selling a product.

Compliance. A primeira coisa é estar em compliance com as leis locais - seja no envio de pessoas, seja na abertura ou representação local da empresa. Mostrar para possíveis novos clientes que você está sob as regras locais ou mesmo internacionais, gera a confiança inicial para novos negócios.

Uno de los aspectos más importantes a la hora de iniciar una nueva relación comercial, especialmente en un mercado nuevo para nuestra empresa, es transmitir CONFIANZA. Por tanto, a la hora de enfocar una presentación, un catálogo o la adaptación de la página web, debemos centrarnos en vender EMPRESA, no PRODUCTOS. Tengamos en cuenta que, desde el punto de vista del socio / cliente / distribuidor, estamos a muchos kilómetros de distancia, probablemente hablamos otro idioma y también hay diferencias culturales.
