Clearly, you need to assess the source of data and data collection methods to check data health; it may point needs of data mining or sanitation. Sometimes new approach/solutions in design need to be implemented first in order for us to see the real results. Through monitoring and troubleshooting, we wil be able to assess the full potential of the system. In addition the data collected could be used as indicator if it should be replicated somewhere else. Hence, it is very crucial to have a good level of maturity of detail study before implementing it. ‘A loss for one party might be a win for many others’
