Firstly, I believe a proper understanding of the outdated building in question is required to help make informed decisions about the right services to incorporate. Secondly, I believe there should be a mental shift towards energy conservative solutions rather than just trending services having minimal overall improvements. Thirdly, I believe the solutions should offer plans for future maintainability and/or scalability.
