So this usually happens when we are developing any complex task. But when you start working on any complex task try to do following steps: 1. Break down your task into smaller tasks - This will make complex bigger task in smaller simpler tasks 2. Step by step - Now step by step try to resolve the smaller tasks 3. I maintain energy by following a structured routine. The Pomodoro Technique has been particularly effective, allowing me to stay focused while ensuring regular breaks to recharge. Staying hydrated and having quick, healthy snacks like nuts or fruits keeps my mind sharp. I also make it a habit to stretch or take a short walk every hour to boost circulation and reduce fatigue. Listening to calming music sometimes helps me stay in the zone without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, balancing intense focus with periodic refreshment has significantly improved my productivity.

To maintain high energy levels during intense coding sessions, I ensure I stay hydrated and take short breaks to recharge. I find motivation in knowing that overcoming these challenging phases puts me ahead of the curve, compared to others who may not face or tackle such problems. For an extra boost, I turn to a cup of black coffee (a must for me!) and listen to songs that bring positive vibes. This combination keeps me focused and energized throughout the day.

I don't believe there is any ONE correct answer to it, but here are some things that have helped me: - First and foremost try to divide the problem into smaller ones and attack the easiest first - Divide the day into smaller working sessions instead of one big session. It could be Pomodoro 25-5, or just three 2-hour sessions, or two 3 hours, you get the point - When your head hurts from thinking and working and you want to punch a whole in your screen, go for a walk instead of continiuing to work or lie down and rest. Especially if it's a good day.

Many people have shared great tips, but one point I use the most and it helps me a lot is the 20-20-20 rule. When your eyes feel blurry from staring at a screen, take a break every 20 minutes to look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. It’s a simple habit that works wonders to relax your eyes and reduce strain and increase productivity.

Start by prioritizing a balanced diet and staying hydrated to fuel your brain and body. Regular breaks are essential to avoid burnout; consider the Pomodoro technique to work in focused intervals with short breaks in between. Incorporating physical activity, even a quick walk, can boost your energy and creativity. Ensure you get quality sleep to recharge fully. Lastly, create a positive work environment with minimal distractions and set clear goals to stay motivated and productive throughout the day.
