It is important the client to understand what will receive at the end and how to use it and what is the role of the consultant and its role. Most of the time, clients want to “do everything” at once, which is not manageable and not useful at the end. Break down the objectives into real small actions combined with the benefits for the customer not only during project but mainly what the client needs to do after the project.
