By this step we can definitely already detect any deviation and discrepancy that might be cause during the process. By doing this simple step we will con-cure any possible reject and delay that may cause. Issuing Corrective action report tag ( CART) every discrepancy caught or found during inspection and audit is the best way to alert the production and to address the line to correct it on real time to avoid any delay and shipment of the product.
