That means you're presenting insights that are insignificant to your stakeholders. Statistically significant independent variables but business/stakeholder significant insights, that's the key.

Struggling to engage clients with statistical data strongly implies one or more of the following: 1) You understand too little of the analysis context and/or client focus. 2) A need to make the presentation in English versus "Statisticalese". 3) One is presenting a story that is not cohesive and/or compelling. 4) You forgot to provide a brief summary at/near the outset of your presentation (this helps the audience focus on what is key during a presentation). 5) Forgetting that you don't have to convince other statisticians of the merits of your analysis; you have to convince your specific audience. 6) Ignoring / providing too technical answers to questions; they are an amazing opportunity to engage clients and resonate versus losing them.
