Clients can only be satisfied with the results. Agile methodologies works well in marketing operations, it allows the team to stay on track, monitor the development, include feedbacks and re - iterate if needed to deliver the exact same result which is required. Client inclusion is important and with continuous acknowledgement we can make them feel included. I personally like to focus on delivering results beyond commitment and that's what make my clients satisfied.

Agile methodologies in the world of marketing operations is really helpful. Agile relies heavily on data analysis, so more data driven decisions are taking place. Moreover, agile marketing breaks down a long term campaign into smaller iterative campaigns, resulting to continuous improvement based on real time data analysis. Collaboration and communication across teams have increased, which results to open communication and better execution of campaigns. Now let’s talk about clients. They need results, but they love being informed about the process and progress. Here’s what one needs to do: 1. Inform clients about your agile processes. 2. Emphasise the measurable outcomes of your agile processes 3. Incorporate frequent feedback loops

Firstly make the client understand what this methodology is all about - based on their alignment use an agile methodology approach for selling and marketing - to start with focus on frequent content updates and constant feedback from the audience then move on adding more to deliver the assigned KPIs accordingly!
-
Agile methodologies are useful only if the client is also aligned to this way of working/mode of operations - because what matters most to the client is not whatever “method” you’re using, it’s whether there’s impact on the final results/KPIs that matter to them. Sure, agile is the way you choose to operate. But at the end of the day, does it bring in the home runs, results and so on?

To keep clients satisfied while shifting to agile methodologies in marketing operations, maintain transparent communication, set clear expectations, and provide regular progress updates, ensuring their needs are met. Value is delivered throughout the iterative process.

In my personal experience clients can be kept satisfied in two ways: 1) End results : Even the client has someone they have to report under and if this client trusts you or your firm then they have every right to have expectations of good end results. Therefore, it is important to also quantify what are the good end results from beforehand. 2) Now many many not agree with this but few clients are also quite satisfied if not entirely content when they can see the individual or firm putting in all they've got to get good results despite excruciating negative external factors. - This is what actually takes a firm further ahead, in my humble PoV.
