Over all a mobile prototype needs to be tested in the hands of people. What I find helpful is to just ask folks to try it out from all different groups. Make sure to test with your persona/focus group but also test with older people, younger people, and if possible people with differing abilities. This can be formal or informal just walking around the office or a coffee shop and offering a gift card for participation.
