Document and track all revisions using a PIM (Product Information Management) or similar system to maintain oversight. 4. Collaborate with the support team to verify that all changes fully address the client's feedback and expectations.

Document what the customer is asking for. As much as possible, what the customer wants forms what the requirements are for the specified design. Talk to them; in case all of their requests are not possible, they need to understand possible trade-offs.

I would like to say scope statement is the best tool to describe all detailed steps required to achieve customer needs/ end results.
