I believe having time to rest is important for the entire journey. As the Chinese saying goes “休息是为了走艮长的路” This means that taking a period to recharge yourself is paramount to your career health. Setting priorities and knowing what to reject and what to accept. Learn to let go of “noises” and take in only positive vibes so that you will not be clouded and not make good decisions.
