An additional tip for effective hybrid presentations is to use inclusive dynamics, such as breaking participants into small working groups that mix in-person and remote attendees through virtual breakout rooms. This encourages collaboration and ensures meaningful interaction between both audiences. Additionally, having a dedicated moderator to monitor and prioritize questions from remote attendees can help ensure their participation is equally valued.

Connecting with both in-person and remote attendees could be quite challenge during presentation. For me what I do is to ensure that I communicate the fact that we have an hybrid presentation at the beginning of my session. For instance, during the course of my work, I had to deliver speech in hybrid model, I ensured that I run a poll and posted same on chart for all participants to respond to each questions in the poll and that enhanced the flow of communication. Secondly, I constantly ask for feedback to ensure that all attendees are on same page. I use the video slides and then ask attendees to give short summary of lessons learned. This approach has helped me to connect with my audience and made my presentation interesting.

Though this will be challenging to keep their interest due to their diverse nature! According to me keeping friendly conversation and sharing each other stories and engaging in their topics and Get the feedback depend upon theme and covering topics.

When making the presentation, use an appropriate rhythm and simple, clear language. The graphs should be self-explanatory and show only the most important variables. Have an open attitude.
