I think basically, planning ahead is the best and easiest way to avoid unnecessary stress and brain chaos. Secondly, pay more attention on lessons and assignments that concerns areas of specific topics. This is a way to cut down cumbersome writing and so much unnecessary task. Thirdly, as a teacher, it is also expected that you upgrade in the usage of technological tools to ease your work. Tools such as the Calendar and grading tools. Again, as a teacher, you need to also prioritise your health and wellbeing. Not overworking yourself and spending long or extra time on tasks, can help your brain to relax while resting and be able to carry on with the next job after rest. A teacher is a great vessel of impacting knowledge and change.

D'outils miracles il n'est pas question. Il s'agit davantage de hiérarchie. Et en haut de la liste vient l'accompagnement des apprenants. Donner confiance dans les capacités de chacun à apprendre et comprendre. Orienter et guider dans la quête des savoirs académiques et expérienciels. Adapter et individualiser la relation enseignant apprenant. Lorsque la relation à l'enseignement n'est plus un calvaire ou un traumatisme, l'envie et la motivation peuvent à nouveau s'inviter. On installe alors la première garantie d'un possible apprentissage. Pas besoin d'outils spécifiques pour installer cette relation. Être suffit.
