The following strategies help to navigate time constraints and ensure project success: 1. Focus on the most critical tasks & delegate or defer less important ones. 2. Divide complex tasks into smaller, manageable chunks, & allocate specific time slots for each. 3. Establish a realistic project timeline, including milestones & deadlines. 4. Utilize data analysis software, templates, & other resources to streamline tasks & increase efficiency. 5. Share tasks & responsibilities with team members. 6. Schedule regular check-ins with stakeholders to provide progress updates, address concerns, & adjust the project plan as needed. 7. Apply time management techniques such as the Pomodoro Technique, to stay focused & avoid burnout.

Delineate between the nice to haves and necessities, and then prioritize objectives based on which are critical to further development, and which tasks are most difficult. Knocking out the most difficult and most critical up front helps make the following steps easier and more motivating. Leveraging strengths and weaknesses within a team furthers the efficiency and progress, and helps avoid critical setbacks.
