Breathe deeply for 5 mins, go for a walk , stay by the window or look at the green tress or wide sky , this will calm you down ( do this 5 min after every 25 mins to an Hour) 3. Once you feel better address the chaos, What exactly makes you think & feel it's a Chaos ? It's all about your mindset which can make or break 4. Dissect the work , What needs to be done & How. Where's the starting & Ending point & the milestones in the process 5. Now breakdown the tasks into bite size , one thing at a time, use D4 technique: Do it, Decide when to do it ,Delegate it, Delete whatever is irrelevant to current situation

It often happens that there is chaos at work and this is at all the levels . There are various techniques which helps to focus and convert chaos to systematic approach . Pomodoro is one of it , it helps to focus and make a plan to be productive. Keeping the mental state calm is really difficult yet most required to overcome this situation .

By applying your mind to the core metabolic and lifestyle solutions, starting with slowing down your brain into theta wave state, and relaxing your body so your circulation and metabolism starts to function more effectively. Then you can apply your mind creatively to life solutions and enter super learning phases. If a child can learn three languages simultaneously at the age of two in theta brain wave state adults can achieve similar outcomes through practice and application.

When you're overwhelmed, take a moment to notice what’s going on in your mind—acknowledge the stress, frustration, or urgency—but don’t react to it immediately. Just observe it.When you’re overwhelmed, your brain might try to focus on everything at once, but multitasking can decrease productivity. Mindfulness teaches you to focus on one task at a time. Break large projects into smaller, manageable steps.If you’re feeling scattered, use your senses to ground yourself. For example, focus on the feel of your feet on the floor, the texture of your desk, or the sounds around you.

Use the "stop-and-acknowledge" technique—pause briefly, notice your thoughts, and let them pass without judgment. Incorporate mindful breaks, where you step away from tasks to recenter. Set intentions for the day to prioritize effectively. These techniques foster clarity, helping you stay grounded amidst the noise.

Setting the intention to be slow in eating knowing what you are eating, Enjoying the spices and chewing properly without speaking and without mobile. Mindful time management with prioritising urgent and important tasks Using pomodoro technique for tasks Self care and working with intentions Mindful journaling what makes you happy and what makes you stressed
