Assign personnel to handle this work, both technical and support personnel.

When we follow SOP and a defined process under normal conditions, we need not to interfere with the system but in case of and situations arising from unwanted ripples, top down approach is advisable to have better control and experienced interface to deal with the situation. Conflicting priorities needs to be vetted as per the available resources and channeled in such a way to avoid and incidents, optimize cost and time factors and safety of man and machines
