(edited)Communicate in many forms - email, text and posters in the Clubhouse. Then no chance of complaints about being the “first we heard of it”. Play around with formats to see what works too, even mixing it up after 9 holes can make things more interesting. And a very important part of the day - food & drink, on and off the course!

With social media and club websites the current trend, I suggest every ad to be linked back to the course’s website. Of course the club’s site should have an events page. This page will display not only the upcoming events, but also offer an ability to sign up for the event. All printed materials need to have a QR code that links them to the event page. Of course, all printed materials are to be displayed through the clubhouse and in all newsletters. All clubhouses should have a large plotter printer to produce professionally printed posters. (That’s a lot of P’s)

Website notifications, email blasts, flyers and posters all around the clubhouse and pro shop, every member should be aware of every event that is happening at club!

In addition to above create sub committees with committee leads to be able to drive participation across all members as this maybe an overwhelming task for one person to handle
