Open Dialogue: Initiate an open and honest discussion to fully understand each other's perspectives and priorities. This can help identify the core issues and any misunderstandings that may be influencing the disagreement. Seek Common Goals: Despite the current disagreement, there are likely overarching goals that both you and your partners share. Identifying and focusing on these common objectives can help shift the conversation from conflict to collaboration. Compromise and Flexibility: Be prepared to compromise. This doesn’t mean giving up on essential needs, but rather finding areas where flexibility is possible.

Identify the other local partners interests and attempt to put yourself in her / his position. From there, objectively weigh interests from both perspectives and try to achieve a solution which addresses both positions. Take furthermore into account your own general position in the company and the one from your local partner and potentially involve third parties. Also be prepared to comprise and lean towards expedient solutions.

Have an open discussion on the set and established short - mid- and long-term goals. Adapt and agree to the upcoming plans and action. Find a consense of the tasks and disagreements on hand and find a common agreeable solution, including financial challenges. Adjust short - mid - long - term goals accordingly.

An extremely important resource is time. Consider marketing: There are promising channels such as LinkedIn, your own website, a podcast, YouTube, even TikTok and Instagram. Through which channel should you market the product? --> Time?! I suggest a 2-level brainstorming. At the first level, you just write down all options, without judging people for their thoughts and opinions. At the second level, you consider pros and cons of each alternative in more depth. You arrive at a careful conclusion for the top 3 marketing channels. You give each one a try.
