As an architect, it is important to create reliable solutions that can make Customer vision into reality. As an architect, it is crucial to hear out customer concerns as - 1. It is their vision 2. They know their business better 3. They are the end user hence will understand day to day activities and challenges better 4. They are paying for the solution. To build a consensus, have a detailed discussion with customer - 1. Deliver capabilities that they want on priority. 2. Propose a mitigation plan. 3. Creat test strategy, this will help customer identify process or logical issues 4. Ensure you are communicating, if required over communicate At the end customer should feel they are being heard and their concerns are addressed.

However, the client pays and commands. For this reason, one must be transparent with the design and the client must be made aware of the final decisions.

Dealing with client is one of the challenging as well as opportunity to improve the business relationship by giving valuable inputs to enhance the clients knowledge and let them decide the choice, indirectly we have to Make sure how our choice got selected with clients confidence and agreement , and this is possible when you able to provide broader beneficial information with choices.
