In my experience, you will learn the most important skills by have a 360degree view. Learn from the dishwasher, learn from demi chefs and chef de partie and work with strong 💪 chefs. Observe then, try to understand everything beyond his culinary Techical skills, learn the philosophy behind “why he does what he does in the way he does!”and build your own and question yourself”why I do what I do in the way I do?”.
