Be your authentic self! That's the #1 rule to networking. Show interest but also be interesting. Networking is suppose to be fun! It is one of the best ways to meet people and get to know them. You have to come out of your comfort zone and not be scared to ask for business cards, numbers and emails. And make sure to follow up! If you don't follow up you just waited an opprtunity! You are there to prospect for business! If you show your personality most of the time people will gravitate to you. Especially if you are very passionate about what you do. I love networking. My motto is show up and glow up! Be that person that everyone wants to get to know in the room. Remember:People like to do business with people they know! So get known! 💯
