If I talk about navigating networking without seeming self-centered, it’s all about listening more than you speak, showing real interest in others, and finding ways to add value to the conversation. Share your story, but also take the time to celebrate and support others, it creates a genuine connection.

It may be called 'personal' branding but the focus is always your ideal customer. Hear me out: Even if you tell a personal story, the goal is to trigger your ideal customer‘s emotions and eventually call them to action. This doesn‘t mean constantly selling, it means your ideal customer becomes 'the hero' in your story. - You turn into the guide - Give them an action plan - That helps them avoid failure - And ends with them in success - With a transformation from X to Y Let‘s call story(s/t)elling.

- Listen to others perspectives too rather than just speaking about your. - Share your wins and lose too. - Provide free help to genuinely add value.

I was wrong, I started my personal branding with just only self promotion but Then I realized, personal branding is all about creating value for others means uplifting others while creating your own brand for your professional success as well. If you don't lift others and just exhibit what you achieved and who you are then you will never become a brand. Brands are perceived by others not by you so we all should focus on creating value through our content, actions, speaking engagements, videos etc Good luck
