When we see cultural differences as strengths, we enrich our collaboration and spark creativity. By fostering genuine connections and focusing on what we can achieve together, we can build partnerships that are not only effective but also deeply rewarding for everyone involved.

This usually could be assess during observation of the first meeting and by asking the right questions, especially by understanding what matters the most for their organizations (value) and how they want to approach it. Then as we manage them, we find the balance on the delivery. Ensuring efficient quick wins that could serve the diverse partners.
